Counselling and Psychotherapy in Central London: I am a Registered Member MBACP (Senior Accrd) counsellor & psychotherapist working in central London (Holborn, Bloomsbury, Covent Garden area) offering counselling and psychotherapy for a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, parenting issues, relationships, stress, anger, work-life balance, boredom, identity and personal development. My office is conveniently located next to Holborn station.
As an experienced counsellor I offer CBT (Cognative Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy), individual and couples therapy in a private and confidential setting. We explore and acknowledge difficult feelings in a supportive yet gently challenging environment. I work with you to find some perspective and containment with difficult and stressful situations whilst supporting your change.

When can counselling help?

While it can be really helpful to talk to someone you know and trust, you may feel more comfortable confiding in someone who’s removed from your personal situation and is therefore more objective. Also, giving space and time to talk may help you to work through the issues concerning you.

I have many years experience in working with workplace stress be it relationship, returning to work, deadlines offering support and strategies to manage and solve these situation, leaving you to work at your most effective.

London life can put relationships under strain whether they are at the beginning, middle or end (and also when new additions come along!) Understanding and having easy and supporting strategies cope can make all the difference to managing these situations. So that you can enjoy your life to the full.


Being a parent and working is not easy - there is no manual!

Parenting does not come with a manual! I specialise in working with parents in all areas from helping to juggle work/life/parenting balance to return to work after maternity cover. I work either one2one or in couples, workshops and seminars.
