When can counselling help?
It's good to talk. Counselling can help at times of stress, relationship breakdown, parenting issues
trauma or workplace problems.
Counselling is definitely worth considering when:

an issue or situation is seriously affecting your day-to-day life

How does counselling work
I provide a quiet, private and confidential place in to explore, acknowledge and change these difficult feelings in a supportive, and gentle environment. Working both with individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enjoy your life and to live it fully.
Practicing in a traditional, face to face, integrative style as well as EMDR and Emotional Freedom Therapy. I offer both empathy and rationale, gently challenging enough to promote real, lasting change facilitating stronger relationships at home, work and alone. As a professionally trained counsellor and coach I work with you to find some perspective and containment with difficult and painful situations which supporting your change.
